Newcastle's only Full Service Digital Press Cuttings Agency website required:
- a login area for clients to access daily press cuttings
- detailed statistics about press cutting usage
- a report function for Newspaper Licensing Authority returns.
The site was designed after consultation about the ideal working systems for their busy office raised questions such as "How will you work more efficiently? and "What software systems will improve your service to clients?" NewsMonitor's clients quickly understood downloading from the site login area and now enjoy enhanced digital services.
The server login area has a comprehensive Content Management System (CMS) to create client accounts, upload files, write a keyword summary for each upload and record statistics about services to their clients.
This project was delivered in four weeks to enable NewsMonitors to comply with their industry licensing
requirements.
